A quick chat about your skin
At the start of the appointment we talk through how your skin has been behaving, anything it reacts to, and what you would like from the treatment.
Your facial
Cleansing, exfoliation, serum, massage and, in the longer treatment, a mask. Products are chosen for your skin on the day rather than a fixed routine.
What to do next
You leave with your skin finished properly and a simple idea of what to use at home. No pressure to buy anything.

About the treatments and the prices
The Mini Facial is £20 for 25 to 30 minutes. The Prescription Facial is £40 for 50 to 60 minutes. There is no booking fee and no charge for the consultation.
No. It is a complete treatment done efficiently. It includes the consultation, double cleanse, exfoliation, toner, serum, a face, neck and shoulder massage and the full finish with eye serum, moisturiser, SPF and a lip product. What it does not include is a treatment mask or the extended massage.
Do not exfoliate at home in the two days beforehand, and avoid applying fake tan the day before. Beyond that, nothing. You do not need to arrive with a clean face because the treatment starts with a double cleanse.
That is the whole point of the consultation. Exfoliation can be lightened or skipped, stronger actives avoided, and products patch tested first. Products are chosen at the appointment rather than fixed in advance.
No. The Tropic products used in the treatment are available if you want them, and if you do not, nothing more is said about it. There is no sales pitch at the end of the appointment.
Group bookings are quoted individually, because the price depends on how many people are coming and whether you want mini facials for everybody or a skincare workshop. Send the date, numbers and location for a straight answer.
Payment is taken at the appointment. Accepted methods are cash, bank transfer, card.
Let me know as soon as you can and the appointment can be moved. Because only one client is booked in at a time, a late cancellation means the slot goes unused, so as much notice as possible is genuinely appreciated.
