For Alderholt, Verwood and Fordingbridge are the two realistic options for anything like this, and Verwood is marginally closer at around four and a half miles. The run south on Camel Green Road takes about eleven minutes and stays on quiet roads the whole way.
The studio is a room at home rather than a salon, which means one appointment at a time and no waiting area. For a village where most people know each other, the privacy tends to matter. Nobody else is in, and nothing about the appointment is on display.
Both treatments use Tropic skincare, chosen for your skin on the day. The Mini Facial at £20 runs 25 to 30 minutes. The Prescription Facial at £40 runs 50 to 60 minutes and adds a mask, a longer massage across the shoulders and neck, and a scalp or hand massage while the mask works.
Head south out of the village on Camel Green Road, then Alderholt Road, straight down into Verwood. Under five miles on quiet roads.
